A new Splinter Cell rumor claims that the following outing for Sam Fisher will be a stealing-power-driven open world game.

Tom Henderson, who previously distributed a number of details about Battlefield 2042 ahead of its confirmed announcement among numerous other leaks, briefly touched along the future of the Break away Cell dealership. Henderson specifically refers to the Splinter Cell as being "in early development," so he's potential talking almost the same thing. He says it leave be an "open world of sorts" and cites a hardly a anon. quotes, presumably from multitude who are close down to the project, who compare the new Splinter Cell project to a stealthier version of Assassinator's Creed or similar to Halo Infinite's own unprotected-world approach.

While series protagonist SAM Fisher has continuing to appear in spinoff games or via cameos in other Tom Clancy's titles from Ubisoft, the last main entry in the franchise was 2013's Splinter Cell: Black book. That secret plan took the franchise in a more natural action-heavy direction, which was disputable at the time, and online servers for its multiplayer mode are largely broken at this direct (though you definitely South Korean won't be banned for sending in endure tickets near them).

I got a BA in fourth estate from Central Michigan University - though the better education I received at that place was from CM Life, its scholarly person-run newspaper. Long before that, I started following my degree in video games past bugging my experienced brother to let me play Zelda on the Superintendent Nintendo. I've previously been a news intern for GameSpot, a news author for CVG, and now I'm a staff writer here at GamesRadar.
