Staff who previously worked at a manufacturing plant which made Kylie Jenner's makeup have alleged that they felt "degraded", worked in "horrific" conditions and were "banned" from looking at the reality star when she visited.

TV personality Kylie, 23, first launched her business KYLIE Lip Kits by Kylie Jenner in 2015, before renaming it to Kylie Cosmetics one year later on.

At the fourth dimension, Spatz Laboratories, based in Oxnard, California, was the manufacturer of her cosmetic products.

The staff who worked at the manufacturing plant were non Kylie'southward employees - they were working for the manufacturer.

The brand-upward mogul would sometimes visit the manufactory - which she does not directly own or have control over - with her momager Kris Jenner, to see how the manufacturing process was coming along.

It is understood that Kylie is no longer with the manufacturer, and there is no indication Kylie or Kris knew most the alleged rules or gave whatever pedagogy to staff when they visited the manufacturer.

Martha Molasco, a former worker at Spatz Laboratories, said the staff were instructed to follow these rules when Kylie and Kris visited the factory.

The 31-year-old, who worked in that location from 2015 to 2017 after being hired through a temps agency, said to The Dominicus: "Supervisors would say, 'Don't talk to them, don't even look at them'."

Another former Spatz Laboratories worker Irene Lopez says she was hired past a different temps agency to piece of work on Kylie'south line of products at the factory in 2016.

Irene, 32, told: "She would come by and picket us work to see what we did.

"Before they would come in our supervisors would tell us, 'Yous are not allowed to talk with them, you guys are supposed to continue on working, you guys are not allowed to accept whatsoever pictures or enquire any questions.'"

Irene claimed she and other members of staff had to remain quiet while Kylie and her mum would but "walk effectually and look at everything" and "wouldn't talk to us".

She went on to claim how she felt "degraded" while working at Spatz. She said staff were expected to complete quotas of i,000 to i,200 products a solar day.

"The supervisors I had at that place had been very degrading towards everybody. Everything had to be perfectly fabricated and if information technology wasn't they would throw it away in your confront like it was trash. If yous didn't go fast enough, yous were going to get fired," Irene alleged.

Irene claimed she would "go to the bath crying" and that she only received "five minutes" of training when she kickoff started working at that place, but was expected to produce the makeup products.

There is no indication Kylie or Kris knew about the rules or gave whatever instruction to staff when they visited the manufacturer (

She claimed when she did ask questions, she felt "degraded".

Meanwhile, Martha said she felt "verbally threatened" by supervisors and was told she'd exist "laid off" from the minimum wage task for non working fast enough.

Martha claimed she has been left with medical problems, with hurting shooting from her hand to her elbow, after working 12-hour shifts from 4pm to 4am at the factory while continuing.

Irene said she worked viii hours shifts at the manufacturing plant, simply was pressured to come in on weekends as she was threatened with losing her chore.

The single mum-of-two claimed she struggled to find childcare, simply was withal made to come in as she feared she would be fired.

She also claimed workers at the factory were crammed together and they "couldn't turn around without someone being right there behind y'all".

Irene does not work at the factory, but she claims current employees said working conditions are the same.

Kylie's representative declined to comment when approached past The Mirror.
